There will be a Twelve (12) Hour Core Curriculum Targeted Case Management Training held on October 9th through October 10th, 2018 from 9:00am-4:00pm at Indiana Wesleyan University, 2530 Sir Barton Way, Suite 200, Lexington, KY 40509.
Cost to attend is $240.00
Materials and lunch will be provided.
