Training and Consultation with KVC Kentucky
At KVC Kentucky, we believe that having a highly qualified staff is imperative to improving outcomes for Kentucky’s children and families receiving behavioral health and child welfare services. We emphasize the importance of evidence-based practice and value the opportunity to provide professionals working in human services with continuing education that will enhance the work they are doing with Kentucky’s children, families, and communities.
Our highly skilled staff are trained in a variety of evidence-based practices and we recognize our responsibility to maintain fidelity to the models and practices we prescribe.
KVC Kentucky proudly offers professional continuing education to our community partners on both an individual and group bases.
Our trainings include:
Targeted Case Management Training (Twelve Hour Core Curriculum, Six Hour TCM training for SED, SMI and SUD)
*These courses have been approved by the Department For Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities to meet the requirements outlined in 908 KAR 2:260.
Ten Hour Comprehensive Community Support Training
*This course has been approved by the Department For Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities to meet the requirements outlined in 908 KAR 2:250.
Supervision for Clinical Social Workers
*3.0 Hours Board Approved CEU’s for Social Workers.This course meets the LCSW Supervision course requirements outlined in 201 KAR 23:075.
