There will be a Six (6) Hour Targeted Case Management Training for Serious Mental Illness (SMI) held on May 8th, 2019 from 9:00am-4:00pm at Indiana Wesleyan University 2530 Sir Barton Way, Suite 200, Lexington, KY 40509.
Cost to attend is $120.00.
Materials and lunch will be provided.
*Approved by DBHDID to meet the requirements set forth in 908 KAR 2:260
Participants must have completed the Twelve (12) Hour Targeted Case Management Core Curriculum Training to take this course.
