There will be a Six (6) Hour Targeted Case Management Training for Severe Emotional Disability (SED) held on December 13th from 9:00am-4:00pm at KVC Kentucky, 2250 Thunderstick Drive, Suite 1104, Lexington, KY 40505. Cost to attend is $120.00. Materials and lunch will be provided. *Approved by DBHDID to meet the requirements set forth in 908 KAR 2:260
Participants must have completed the Twelve (12) Hour Targeted Case Management Core Curriculum Training to take this course.
