Each year, KVC serves over 20,000 children and families across Kentucky! At KVC Kentucky, there is strong emphasis in the therapeutic implementation of evidence-based therapy, assessments and programs.

KVC Kentucky is a licensed Child Placing Agency in the following regions and counties:
- The Southern Bluegrass region serves families in Fayette Boyle, Clark, Estill, Garrard, Jessamine, Lincoln, Madison, Mercer, and Powell Counties, with an office in Lexington and Richmond.
- The Northern Bluegrass region serves families in Boone, Campbell, Kenton, Carroll, Gallatin, Owen, Grant, Pendleton, Scott, Harrison, Bourbon, and Nicholas Counties, with an office in Florence.
- The Salt River region serves families in Woodford, Henry, Shelby, Spencer, Anderson, Trimble, Bullitt, Oldham, and Franklin, Breckenridge, Grayson, Hardin, Larue, Marion, Meade, Nelson and Washington, with an office in Shelbyville.
- The Northeastern region serves families in in Boyd, Lawrence, Carter, Elliott, and Greenup ,Bath, Bracken, Fleming, Lewis, Mason, Menifee, Montgomery, Morgan, Robertson, and Rowan counties, with an office in Morehead and Ashland
- The Eastern Mountain Region serves families in Pike, Floyd, Magoffin, Martin, Johnson, Breathitt, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Knott, Perry, Owsley, and Wolfe Counties, with an office in Hazard and Prestonsburg
