There will be a Six (6) Hour Targeted Case Management Training for Serious Mental Illness (SMI) held on November 2nd, 2018 from 9:00am-4:00pm at Indiana Wesleyan University 2530 Sir Barton Way, Suite 200, Lexington, KY 40509.
Cost to attend is $120.00.
Materials and lunch will be provided.
