What to Expect from Behavioral Health Services
Behavioral health services begin with a diagnostic assessment completed by a master’s-level clinician to better understand your needs, concerns, and goals. Together, you and your clinician will develop an individualized treatment plan that outlines recommended services and next steps.
Based on your needs, services may include individual therapy, family therapy, and collaboration with caregivers, family members, healthcare providers, and other members of your support system. Therapy focuses on building skills, improving relationships, and supporting overall well-being. Services are tailored to your goals, with the frequency and type of support determined by your treatment plan.
Throughout the process, you will work collaboratively with your clinician and support team to make progress toward your goals and improve success at home and in your community. Whether you are new to behavioral health services or continuing care with a new provider, the focus is on providing personalized support to meet your needs.
